RE: SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1382
FOR A VETERINARY CLINIC IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT -
VETERINARY PROPERTIES, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on July 3, 2002, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Glenn Vaad, Chair
Commissioner David D. Long, Pro-Tern
Commissioner M. J. Geile - EXCUSED
Commissioner William H. Jerke
Commissioner Robert D. Masden - EXCUSED
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 14, 2002, and duly published June 19, 2002,
in the Tri-Town Farmer and Miner and the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to
consider the request of Veterinary Properties, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit #1382 for a Veterinary Clinic in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Lee
Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Esther Gesick, Deputy Clerk
to the Board,stated pursuant to a Memorandum,dated June 18,2002, marked Exhibit E,the Board
acknowledged its approval for continuing this matter due to scheduling conflicts. She stated the
applicant was notified of this request and corrected notices were mailed to the surrounding property
owners to notify them that this matter would be continued. No public testimony was offered
concerning this matter.
Commissioner Long moved to continue the request of Veterinary Properties, LLC, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1382 for a Veterinary Clinic in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District to Wednesday, July 10, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Jerke, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion,
the hearing was completed at 10:10 a.m.
