Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that we have applied for a special use permit from Weld
County. The reason for this permit is that the county has issued us a violation. The letter
states, "It is the applicants responsibility to comply with state statutes regarding notice to
mineral estate owners. Colorado revised statute, C.R.S. 24-65.5-103 ( adopted as part of
H. B. 01-1088)requires notification of all mineral estate owners 30 days prior to any
public hearing."
We have been operating a dairy equipment service business on the yard since moving
here in October of 1994. We use the yard for storage of dairy parts and supplies.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call, 686-7983, or attend the Weld county
meeting on April 16, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Weld County
Planning Dept., 1555 N. 17°Ave, Greeley.
Our parcel description is Lot A of RE-359;part of the SE4 of section 8 T5N, R67W of
the 6d'P.M. Weld County Colorado.
