RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 660
FOR H. GORDON JOHNSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of December, 1983, the Board did,
by Resolution, approve Recorded Exemption No. 660 for H. Gordon
Johnson, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution described the property as : The SE4,
Section 12 , Township 4 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the request in the Resolution of December 21 , 1983 ,
was to divide the property into parcels of 135. 16 acres and 23 . 74
acres , more or less, to allow Mr. Johnson to sell the smaller
parcel, and
WHEREAS, H. Gordon Johnson is now requesting that the property
be divided into parcels of 136 . 10 acres and 23 . 74 acres, more or
less.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request to amend
the division of the property hereinabove described into parcels
of 136 . 10 acres and 23 . 74 acres , more or less, be, and hereby
is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
January, A.D. , 1984 .
