RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR SANDRA'S
VISTA FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, S #476 - KERMIT BOHRER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated February 25, 1999, the Board did approve the
application of Kermit Bohrer, 14761 Weld County Road 3, Longmont, Colorado 80501, for
Sandra's Vista Final Planned Unit Development, S #476, on the following described real estate,
to wit:
Part of the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 19, Township 3
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on May 24, 1999, the Board of County Commissioner of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve an Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral
for Improvements (Private)for Sandra's Vista Planned Unit Development, between the County
of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, and Kermit Bohrer with terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, on April 17, 2000, the Board did reduce the amount of collateral to $450.00
and accepted personal check#3302 from Kermit Bohrer, dated April 11, 2000, in that amount,
and
WHEREAS, staff from the Weld County Department of Public Works has conducted a
visual inspection and recommends release of said collateral.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the collateral posted for Sandra's Vista Planned Unit
Development, in the amount of$450.00, be, and hereby is, canceled and released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby
is, directed to return said collateral to the appropriate party.

SUBJECT: Release of Collateral
S-476, Kermit Bohrer (Sandra's Vista PUD)
The Weld County Departments of Public Works and Planning Services are requesting a release
of the remaining 15% collateral for S-476, Sandra's Vista Planned Unit Development. A site
inspection has been completed by the Department of Public Works. The Department is satisfied
that the street base items are in good condition, and no repair is needed.
15% retainer for one year road maintenance - $ 450.00

At the request of the applicant and Planning Services, I made a final inspection of the street
base items December 5, 2002.
The street base items are in good condition, and no repair is needed. I recommend the release
of the remaining collateral (15%) for a total of$450.
All other non-transportation items should be verified by Planning Services prior to release.
