RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF
TAXES FOR 2001 - K. P. KAUFFMAN COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Petition for Abatement or Refund of
Taxes for K. P. Kauffman Company, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 4th day of November, 2002, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to December 2, 2002, at 9:00
a.m., to allow K. P. Kauffman Company, Inc., adequate time to submit the appropriate
documentation and allow the Assessor's Office adequate time to review said documentation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
December 2, 2002, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of November, A.D., 2002.
