PERMIT Greele Colorado, May 7 1952 APPLICANT'S NAME'S '44 17-- 1-614/1/1 J r , Your request for permission to install a water pipe line under State Highway #255 at a point approximately i mile south of the NW Corner Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 65 W is granted according to the following cond- itions and agreement: That this water line be installed under said highway by an open cut. That you restore the disturbed portions of all the right-of-way and road- way to its original condition. The backfilling to be well tamped and packed and the last 12 inches of backfill to be of stable granular material, such as crushed rock or gravel. All dirt and debris to be removed from the State Highway right-of-way when this work is completed. That you maintain this line at all times and assume full responsiblety for any damage it may cause. That you agree to pay for any repairs that must be made to this portion of road because of this installation. That all labor and material be furnished by you with no expense to the State Highway Department or Weld County and that this work be completed as soon as possible after construction commenced. No work to be allowed on Saturdays or Sundays. That the travelling public be protected during this installations with the proper wining signs and signals, both day and right. That you assume full responsiblblity for all damages resulting from this installation. That in the event any changes are made to this Highway in the future that would necessitate the removal or relocation of this installayion, pan will do so at your own ex- pense upon written request from Weld County, The State Highway and Weld County will not be responsible for any damages they may cause in the maintenance of the highway to installations placed inside the State Highway right-of-way. Hill, Maintenanceman on this section of highway, with head- quarters in Greeley will represent Weld County in the construction of this installation, and any suggestions that he may make in addition to those set forth above must be rigidly followed.
