As we have discussed on the telephone,the Town of Frederick does not issue access permits
for county properties that access a roadway annexed to the Town. So there will be no need
for an updated access permit to your property at 5327 WCR 18.
Any proposed additional access to this property is subject to the review of the Town.
The Town of Frederick, Weld County and Longmont are partners in the Road Impact Fee
IGA. In this light the town wants assurance from the county that the appropriate Road
Impact Fee will be charged to you at the time you apply for any building permit with the
county, as provided by the Road Impact Fee ordinance, as amended.

Please see attached letter from Town of Frederick Regarding access permit.
RE : USR 1378 Off Street parking
The access drive is currently surfaced with recycled asphalt. The drive that is currently dirt will be
surfaced with gravel and graded to prevent drainage problems. Equipment/employee parking is now
indicated on the plat.
RE: USR 1378 Storm water Drainage:
The compost pile has been deleted.
RE: USR 1378 Circle Drive
We see no need for the second access to our property it will be removed.
