RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO NORTHEAST COLORADO REGIONAL
EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency
Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dave Bressler be appointed to said board
as the regular Weld County council member representative, to replace Gary McCabe, and that
Gary McCabe be appointed to said board as the alternate, to replace Dave Bressler, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dave Bressler and Gary McCabe
to said board, with their terms to expire June 30, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dave Bressler and Gary McCabe be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council,
with their terms to expire June 30, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of July, A.D., 2002.
