RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Hessler be appointed to said board,
to replace Lori Briscoe, and that Ronald Clark be appointed to said board to replace Donald
Feldhaus, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kay Drake be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Robert Hessler and reappoint Kay
Drake to said board, with their terms to expire January 11, 2005, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ronald Clark to said board, with
his term to expire January 9, 2004, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Robert Hessler be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with his term to expire January 11, 2005.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Ronald Clark be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, with his term to expire January 9, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Kay Drake be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, with her term to expire January 11, 2005.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
