RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF RUSSELL BILLINGS, ROBERT WARDLAW, ROBERT
SEYFRIED, MICHAEL GUTTERSON AND MARK R. BERRETT TO THE
EASTERN WELD PEST CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County. Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by resolution dated August 3, 1983, the termination
date of the Eastern Weld Pest Control District was extended to
September 1, 1988, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to re-appoint Russell Billings, Robert Wardlaw, Robert Seyfried,
Michael Gutterson, and Mark R. Berrett, to the Eastern Weld Pest
Control District Advisory Board for terms to expire on August,_
31, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of. Weld County Colorado that Russell Billings, Robert
Wardlaw, Robert Seyfried, Michael Gutterson, and Mark R. Berrett be,
and hereby are, appointed to the Eastern Weld Pest Control District
Advisory Board for terms to expire on August 31, 1988 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
August, A.D. , 1983.
