HomeMy WebLinkAbout20260039 Resolution Approve Acceptance of Deed of Dedication for Public Road Right-of-Way for Design-Build Project of High Plains Boulevard (aka County Road 9.5) Between County Roads 32 and 34, and Authorize Chair to Sign — GOHOMEPORT Camelot, LLC Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and Whereas, the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication for Public Road Right-of-Way for the Design-Build Project of High Plains Boulevard (also known as County Road 9.5) between County Roads 32 and 34, between the County.of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and GOHOMEPORT Camelot, LLC, with • further terms and conditions being as stated in said deed, and Whereas, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve and accept said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication for Public Road Right-of-Way for the Design-Build Project of High Plains Boulevard (also known as County Road 9.5) between County Roads 32 and 34, between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and GOHOMEPORT Camelot, LLC, be, and hereby is, approved and accepted. This acquisition was completed as an informal closing, so the final deed of dedication for this acquisition must be accepted by the BOCC as public ROW.
