Home My WebLink About840636.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Robert Akahoshi has made a donation of $830.00 to the Weld County Ambulance Service in memory of his mother, Toyo Akahoshi, and WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations via resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County that the donation of $830.00 from Robert Akahoshi in memory of his mother, Toyo Akahoshi, is hereby accepted by the Board and designated to be used for ambulance radio purposes. The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of January, A.D. , 1984.
