RESOLUTION
RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 638 - WILBERT KOOLSTRA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 11th day of August, 1982 , considered the request
of Wilbert Koolstra to place more than one mobile home to be used
as an accessory to a farm on the parcel of land, which is to be
occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the SW4 SW;, Section 18 , T4N, R68W
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the condition that prior to the issuance of a building permit
the applicant shall submit a letter from the Weld County Health
Department indicating approval of the septic system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Wilbert
Koolstra to place more than one mobile home to be used as an
accessory to a farm on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordi-
nance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
condition that prior to the issuance of a building permit the
applicant shall submit a letter from the Weld County Health
Department indicating approval of the septic system.
