Facility: GWAA T5N-R65W-S2 LO2 Well Production Facility SWSW quadrant of Section 2, Township 5N, Range 65W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: Noble Energy, Inc. submitted a permit application for gas venting from a low pressure (LP) separator at a well production facility in the severe ozone nonattainment area. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally-enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.) The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
