Approve Reappointment to North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the term for a certain position on the North Front Range Water Quality Planning
Association will soon expire, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
David Eisenbraun to said board as the Weld County Membership Representative, with a
term to expire December 31, 2026.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that David Eisenbraun, be, and hereby is, reappointed to the North Front Range
Water Quality Planning Association, with a term to expire December 31, 2026.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 5th day of January, A.D., 2026:
