Approve Designation of Particular Public Place for Posting of Public Notices
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(2)(c), the Board of County Commissioners shall
designate a particular public place for officially posting notices of public meetings, and
Whereas, after review, the Board hereby declares that notices of public meetings be
published conspicuously on the Weld County website, and
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the Weld County website, be, and hereby is, declared to be the designated
public place to be used for conspicuous posting all official notices of public meetings.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 5th day of January, A.D., 2026:
