RE: WAIVER OF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AMBULANCE SERVICE RULES AND
REGULATIONS, SPECIFICALLY THE FEES - ORDINANCE NO. 77
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Health Department and the Weld County Director
of Finance have requested, due to the nature of the applicant,
that the Board waive the payment of such fees for inspection of
ambulance services operated by municipalities, special districts,
or other not-for-profit entities as required in Ordinance No. 77 ,
and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to waive the associated ambulance
inspection fees for the two ambulances owned by private concerns
service as back-up resource to public entities, for the year 1982,
and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to grant said request for waiver,
as hereinabove stated, for the year 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fees for inspection
of ambulance services operated by municipalities, special districts ,
or other not-for-profit entities be, and hereby are, waived for
the year 1982.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the associated ambu-
lance inspection fees for the two ambulances owned by prive con-
cerns be, and hereby are, waived for the year 1982.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
July, A.D. , 1982.
