Dear Sir:
lam sure you have received many letters and complaints
on the condition of West 27th St. This is a switch.
I also drive the street daily but love the condition.
It is the only relief from speeding and raising clouds
of dust. Lam sure many of the compaints are from affluent
people in the neighborhood that speed with no retard for
people living on the street and all the kids that have to
breath their dust. Please leave it as it is.
