RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF EDITH PHILLIPS AND H. GORDON JOHNSON TO
THE WELD COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Muni-
cipal Airport Authority due to the expiration of the terms of
Edith Phillips and H. Gordon Johnson, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to re-appoint Edith Phillips and H. Gordon Johnson to said Airport
Authority for 4-year terms to expire September, 1986 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Edith Phillips and H.
Gordon Johnson be, and hereby are, re-appointed to the Weld County
Municipal Airport Authority for 4-year terms to expire September,
1986.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
September, A.D. , 1982 .
