The North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association (NFRWQPA) will conduct a public hearing to amend the 208 Areawide Water Quality Management Plan.The public hearing date tentatively would be February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The Town of Hudson proposes to modify the boundaries of its 208 Wastewater Utility Service Area (WUSA). The following maps illustrate the current (Figure 1) and proposed (Figure 2) boundaries of the 208 Wastewater Utility Service Area of the Town of Hudson. The town is also proposing two additional lift stations, the Beebe Canal and Meadow Ridge, within its proposed service area.The Town of Hudson's proposed Utility Plan can be viewed here. Comments may be submitted during the association's public hearing/meeting, tentatively scheduled for 2 PM on February 26, 2026, or by contacting the NFRWQPA office at mthomas@nfrwgpa.org.
