RE: GRANT REQUEST OF THE WELD COUNTY ROCK AND MINERAL SOCIETY
TO WAIVE RENTAL FEES FOR USE OF 4-H BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Rock and Mineral Society has re-
quested use of the 4-H Building on October 4 and 5, 1980
for a Gem Show, and
WHEREAS, said Weld County Rock and Mineral Society has re-
quested that the rental fee for use of the 4-H Building
be waived, and
WHEREAS, the Board has studied said request and deems it
advisable to grant the request for waiver of rental fees. How-
ever, the expenses for janitorial services shall be borne by the
Weld County Rock and Mineral Society.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of the Weld
County Rock and Mineral Society for waiver of rental fees for
use of the 4-H Building be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that expenses for jani-
torial services shall be borne by the Weld County Rock and Mineral
Society.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
May, A.D. , 1980.
