Such supplies to include but not be limited to, laptop computers, portable printers, cell phones, etc. o MSFW Program public relations,outreach, information,and allowable promotional activities and/or materials, approved by the State Monitor Advocate. o Housing inspection costs that includes mileage reimbursement o Mileage reimbursement related to outreach activities o Staff salaries and benefits 3.REQUIRED SERVICES As specified in 653.100(a)—(c)This subpart sets forth the principal regulations of the Magner-Peyser Act Employment Service(ES)concerning the provision of services for MSFWs cc nsistent with the requirement that all services of the workforce development system be available to all job seekers in an equitable and nondiscriminatory fashion.This includes ensuring MSFWs have access to these services in a way that meets their unique needs. MSFWs must receive services on a basis which is qualitatively equivalent and quantitatively proportionate to services provided to nc n-MSFWs. This subpart contains requirements that State Workforce Agencies(SWAB)establish a system to monitor their own compliance with ES regulations governing services to MSFWs. Es-ablished under this subpart are special services to ensure MSFWs receive the full range of career services as defined in WIOA sec. 134(c)(2). Each MSFW must receive all services at the point of registration and at each visit to any Workforce center during the time they are active in the CC system.
