HomeMy WebLinkAbout840800.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 965 - DARRELL BEARSON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 19th day of December, 1984 , considered the request of Darrell Bearson for a mobile home to be used as an accessory to a farm, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows : Part of the NZ SEa, Section 7 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant providing written documentation that he has sole use of the land he leases in the SW4 NE-, Section 7 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado; and 2) no more than three bedrooms may be served by the existing septic system. The septic system will require an additional three hundred square feet of absorption bed with a topsoil liner bed below. Within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners , the applicant shall furnish the Department of Planning Services evidence that the septic system has been enlarged as per the requirement of the Weld County Health Department. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Darrell Bearson for permission to place a mobile home to be used as an accessory to a farm on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions.
