The City of Greeley submitted an inquiry on 4/19/2006 as to whether SUP-445 was still valid.
Upon review of the application by Planning Staff and the County Attorney's Office it was
determined that a new USR should be submitted. A Condition of approval required a site plan to
be approved by the Planning Commission. This was never done.
