RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF JAMES L. KOMANICH AS DIRECTOR OF THE DEPART-
MENT OF PLANNING SERVICES . -
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists in the position of
Director of the Department of Planning Services, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, after interviewing
several applicants , has concluded that James L. Komanich is the
applicant most qualified to fill the position of the Director of f
Planning Services and deems it advisable to appoint James L.
Komanich to fill said position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that James L. Komanich be, and
hereby is, appointed as the Director. of Planning Services.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
February, A.D. , 1981.
