RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DOUG PRINTZ TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Doug Printz be appointed to said board as the
at-large representative, to replace Kelley Hekowczyk, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Doug Printz to said board,with a term
to expire May 23, 2008.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Doug Printz be,and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Public Health,with
a term to expire May 23, 2008.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day • u..rch, A.D., 2006.
