Their determination is that the changes you describe below constitute a major change to a USR, as defined by Section 23-2-280. Please see www.co.weld.co.us , then "Planning &Zoning"and "Land Use Applications"for a USR application, which is used for processing major changes. The process requires hearing with the Planning Commission and approval by the Board of County Commissioners. If you have questions, please call staff Mon -Thurs at 970-304-6498 x3570. Thank you. We are not going to do the chainlink fence maze this year and would have plenty of room.We would also like to set up a vortex tunnel up front. We had one in the back last year and everyone loved it so much we wanted to put one up front so everyone could enjoy it. Let me know if this would be OK: Thanks Glen • 266(0-310►3 07/21/2006 P1.1415 x.. Page l of 1 ?.." This was a recommendation from the Department of Public Health and Environment. Please contact the Weld County Building Inspection Department to obtain all the appropriate building permits and the Department of Public Health and Environment to obtain a septic permit. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. I was approached by a house mover. He has a 14' x 56' office/shed that he asked me if I would be interested in. I would use it as my ticket shed. It has a bathroom in it and I wanted to see if I could put a vault in and use the bathroom as a adult employee only. Let me know what you think.
