The development is to be identified as St. Vrain Lakes PUD. This request is due in part to keeping the project moving forward. The applicant was scheduled for a December 20, 2005 Planning Commission hearing, however, due to a late referral from Felsburg, Holt and Ullevig, consultants to Weld County Public Works, the land use case was set back thirty days. The Planning Commission hearing date is January 17, 2006 and the applicant has requested a February 8, 2006 hearing date before this Board.
