WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the 0 affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has reviewed the request of Ronald Jones and Keith o Mahan for an exemption from the definitions of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Ronald Jones and Keith Mahan are owners of certain parcels of land lo- cated in part of the South Half of Section 30 , Township 8 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado . Mr. Jones would like to transfer a 4. 5 acre parcel to Mr. Mahan who will combine it with an adjacent 20 acre parcel he owns.
