SUBJECT: USR-1536 Donald and Cheryl Hackett
The applicants for USR-1536, Donald and Cheryl Hackett have submitted the attached
documents regarding items 1.A, 1.B and 1.C of the staff comments. The applicants have
addressed these conditions regarding a signage plan, a landscaping / screening plan and
agreements with the mineral owners and lessees that were required to be completed prior to
scheduling the Board of County Commissioners hearing.

I recieved a telephone conversation from Mr.Hackett this moring concerning his dog kennel and the Weld County
Special Use Permit objection from KPK. It appears that Mr.Hackett is not expanding his current kennel at this time
or creating new structures near KPK's wellheads or leasehold fixtures. If this is true,K P Kauffman finds no
objection to his kennel Special Use Permit.
