Dear Friends:
Yes. I feel that a regional juvenile detention facility in the
northeast quadrant of the state is an excellent idea. Larimer
County also wants a regional mental evaluation center to avoid
costly trips to Pueblo. I would like to see a single legislative
package pulling these two goals together; and would suggest that
your Sheriff's Department meet with Larimer County's.
