RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF MARCIA OSBORN TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Marcia Osborn be appointed to said board as
the representative, to replace Germaine Arndt, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Marcia Osborn to said board, with a
term to expire January 31, 2007.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Marcia Osborn be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency on Aging,
with a term to expire January 31, 2007.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D., 2006.
