use for any future correspondence. However, I thought I would mention that the old address was obtained from
the Weld County Assessor's records regarding Parcel#120716000057,which is within 500 feet of the subject
application. I would recommend also contacting the Assessor's Office at(970) 353-3845 X3650, and providing

Dear Mr. Williamson:
At your request enclosed is a Title Memorandum I have prepared for the above described
property. My research has concluded that there were no mineral severances, meaning that the
current surface owner also owns all the minerals with the exception of non-hydrocarbon
minerals being owned by the United States
My research from the Patent forward indicates that the property has been leased several
times for oil and gas exploration purposes, but has never had a well drilled on it or had the lands
included in a producing or pooled unit. The Highland I located in the southeast quarter of the
southeast quarter of Section 21 is currently producing, but as I said, is not pooled or unitized
with the Liberty property. Also, there are no mining claims or activities filed in the county
records on this property.

the Denver Pacific Railway Company,the following reservation appears: "...yet
excepting from the transfer for by these presents,"All Mineral lands"should any such be
found in the tracts aforesaid,but this exclusion and exception according to the terms of
the Statue shall not be construed to include:Coal and Iron land". Although the specific
reservation of oil and gas minerals are not excluded or not construed,it has been found
with UPRR related lands that oil and gas has not been reserved in this patent
