'Ann Spomett-Recorder RESOLUTION RE: PETITION TO VACATE ABANDON AND CLOSE COUNTY ROAD: WHEREAS, a petition, s igned by more than two-thirds of the owners of lands adjoining the County public road between Sections 4 and 3, Township 7 North, Range 58 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, requesting that said road described herein, be vacated, abandoned and closed, has been presented to The Beard of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and WEEREAS, after full investigation and consideration, it appears that the necessities ofihe public no longer require a County road between said sections 4 and 3, Township 7 North, Range 58 West. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that the road between Sections 4 and 3, Township 7 North, Range 58 ' lest beginning at the Railroad crossing on the Section line north of Highway 14 and continuing approximately z mile North to the next regular section line running east and west, be and hereby is declared vacated, abandoned and closed.
