RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0500166
AGAINST SAM AND VALERIE VIGIL FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Sam and Valerie Vigil, VI #0500166, are allegedly in violation of the Weld
County Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
hearing held before the Board of
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of April, 2006, a public ea ing was he d oa d
County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, Sam and Valerie Vigil were not present or represented at said hearing, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until May 9,2006,to allow
adequate time for staff to notify the property owners of the violation hearing date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that VI #0500166 be, and hereby is, continued to May 9, 2006, to allow staff
adequate time to notify the property owners of the violation hearing date.
