Gentlemen:
Reference is made to plat in connection with the captioned USR,filed
at Book 1016,Reception 01950863 of the Weld County Records. Universal Oil
$Gas, Inc., is now the operator of the permitted area.
Attached hereto to be filed in your office is a copy of a portion of
said plat which shows the following addition or changes, ie:
1) A location for a well to be located approximately
660 feet from the North line and 850 feet from
the East line of Section 25,T5N,R66W, in the
permitted area.
2) The location of the tank battery cluster,which
is a site approximately 255 feet square, described
as the West 255 feet of the North 255 feet of the
SW/4 SE/4 Section 25,T5N,R66W,containing 1.5
acres, in the permitted area.
The tank battery cluster is more than 300 feet from any existing residence
or any other building and is in accordance with the development standards of the
permit.
These changes are filed with you in accordance with the last sentence of
Item No. 5 under Development Standards.

Re: Amended use by Special Review permit ;7531 on a parcel of land described
as part of the Ei of Section 25, T5N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado.
Dear Mr. Jacobs:
The Board of County Commissioners has reviewed your request to locate the
tank; battery and associated equipment for the Wass No. 5 well in the SEi NEi
of Section 25 T5N, R66W. The Board has determined that this would not be
considered a major change to the approved Special Review permit provided
that the location is at least 300 feet from the adjacent properties, the
site is developed 1n accordance with your letters of February 17 and March
3, and all Development Standards are being complied with.
