Bonanza Creek operates 91 wells in the DJ Basin including 19 wells that were drilled during the past eight months and we plan to continue with this forward momentum. Bonanza Creek is acquiring an 81%net revenue interest under the aforementioned Leases, which we believe to be acceptable and will not inhibit our interest to drill under the leases. Acquisition of a 3-D seismic survey was completed on August 23. 2005. covering 12 square miles in Township 5 North,Ranee 61 West and we are encouraged and excited to begin drilling in this new area, which could ultimately see development of one well per 40 acres. Bonanza Creek currently maintains a$30.000 blanket bond with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. Subject to the above information and facts. Bonanza Creek hereby requests the State grant their consent to assign and raise the maximum overriding royalty interest from 5%to 6.5% for all of the above referenced leases.
