RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0600221
AGAINST ROSALIO AND MARYANN REYES FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY
CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Rosalio and Mary Ann Reyes, VI #0600221, are allegedly in violation of the
Weld County Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of August, 2006, a public hearing was held before the Board of
County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS,Rosalio and Mary Ann Reyes were not present or represented at said hearing,
and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until September 12,2006,
to allow adequate time for the Department of Planning Services to notify the property owners of the
violation hearing date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that VI #0600221 be, and hereby is, continued to September 12, 2006, to allow
adequate time for the Department of Planning Services to notify the property owners of the violation
hearing date.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
