RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 758 - KARLA HANSEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 27th day of July, 1983, considered the request
of Karla Hansen to place a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District,
on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows :
Part of the SEa, Section 9 , T1N, R68W of
the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the applicant applying for and receiving a building per-
mit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of
approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Karla
Hansen to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling
on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in
compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be,
and hereby is, granted subject to the condition as above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of

Irrigation Ditch. Access is to Weld County Road 10, a &ravel road.

Subject
The septic system located at SE' 9-1-68kowned by Carla Hansen,
appears adequate for a trailer with three bedrooms. Septic permit #296,
issued to Elmer N. and Cocta Sullivan on June 3, 1974, serves the above
mentioned property. At that time, a system was installed which was
sized (1000 gallon septic tank, 560 sq. ft. bed) to serve a two bedroom
unit (residence) .
However, we cannot certify that the system will function as intended
in the future. If loading changes or malfunctions occur to the system,
we require that our office be notified so that a review of the system's
adequacy can be made.
