The following items must be submitted with an application for a subdivision exemption. 1. A completed application form. See preceding page. 2. A statement describing the request, the purpose, and benefits of the request. It is my request that I should be able to purchase five acres from my neighbor, Dan Horst, in order to expand my auto salvage business specializing in selling used small car parts. We now have five acres which is used to maximum capacity. The expansion of our boundaries will enable us to serve the surrounding area better. Also, the increase in sales tax should outweigh the loss of less than three tillable acres of dryland yielding an average of thirty-three bushels of wheat per year. The annexation would not increase the demand for any county maintenance or service. A more detailed analysis of the request is available in my Use by Special Review application. 3. A copy of a deed or other legal instrument identifying the applicant(s) has interest in the subject parcel(s).
