RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR 3.2 PERCENT
BEER RETAIL LICENSE - FIRST HAND MANAGEMENT, LLC, DBA SHELL #7
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,First Hand Management, LLC,dba Shell#7, presented to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for the renewal of a 3.2 Percent Beer
Retail Liquor License, for the sale of fermented malt beverages, containing not more than 3.2
percent of alcohol by weight,in sealed containers not for consumption at the place where sold, and
WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 20th day of September, 2006, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow the County Attorney to
review regulations regarding the length of the lease on the licensed premises.
WHEREAS,the Board deemed it advisable to continue this matter to September 27,2006,
at 9:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the renewal application fora 3.2 Percent Beer Retail License, presented by
First Hand Management, LLC, dba Shell#7, be, and hereby is, continued to September 27, 2006,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 20th day of September, A.D., 2006.
