RE: APPROVE AUTHORIZATION OF RENEE FIELDER ASINVESTMENT OFFICER FOR
THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF SECURITIES AND AS AN AUTHORIZED SIGNER FOR ALL
PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BANKS AND BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,pursuant to previous resolutions pertaining to the Board approval of the requests
of the Weld County Treasurer to open various bank and brokerage accounts for the purchase and
sale of securities and deposits, and
WHEREAS, Investment Officers named below are authorized to act on behalf of Weld
County with respect to such accounts, to execute on behalf of Weld County any and all relevant
documents, and to deal with all approved brokers and banks in connection with all aspects of said
accounts, with no limits as to the amount (hereinafter called "Investment Officer"):
1. Donald D. Mueller- Treasurer
2. Donald D.Warden-Director of Finance and Administration and Chief Deputy
3. Renee Fielder-Assistant Treasurer
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Renee Fielder be, and hereby is,authorized to act on behalf of Weld County
as an Investment Officer, as described above, to replace Sue Young, effective January 1, 2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Renee Fielder be, and hereby is,
authorized as a signer for all previously approved banks and brokerage accounts.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 20th day of December, A.D., 2006.
