SUBJECT: Request for Continuance
The Department of Planning Services is requesting a continuance of case number PZ-545, for
a Change of Zone from A (Agricultural) to PUD with Estate uses for thirty-eight (38) residential
Lots and 25.55 acres of Common Open Space (Falcon Ridge PUD) as staff did not post a sign
for today's hearing.
The applicant, Bret Larimer of WIPO, LLC, is aware of the situation and has requested a
hearing date of November 15, 2005. Staff is in support of this requested date.

Due to a funeral, I am not available to be present for today's meeting to speak in favor of
the Falcon Ridge Development. We own the 15 acre property on the North East Comer
of I iwy 257 and W['R 72.
We have no problems or issues with this development and believe they will he an asset to
the area. Therefore. we are in favor of the Falcon Ridge Development.
