RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF KEVIN SCHWINDT TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical
Center, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Kevin Schwindt be appointed to said board,to
replace Donna Bottenberg, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kevin Schwindt to said board, with a
term to expire January 13, 2009. •
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kevin Schwindt be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Trustees for
North Colorado Medical Center, with a term to expire January 13, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 22nd day of March, A.D., 2006.
