WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with a Partial Vacation of Second Amended Use by Special Review Permit#488 for LaFarge West, Inc., and WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 10th day of July, 2006, at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for one week to allow LaFarge West, Inc., to be present to discuss the matter, and to obtain more information from the Department of Planning Services.
