No. .�— _ ORDINANCE NO. 8' 0 State of Colorado, Weld County Clerk & Recorder IN THE MATTER OF THE SETTING OF FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WELD COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO: WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has adopted Ordinance No. 60-A, Repeal and Re-Enactment, with Amendments, of Ordinance No. 60 Regarding Fees for the Testing of Drinking Water and Pollutant Discharges Performed by the Weld County Health Department, and WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides that laboratory and environ- mental health fees may be established by separate Ordinance of r.� this Board, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Health Department performs other services such as pregnancy screening, child health clinic, alco- holic recovery, and travel immunizations and such services require that charges be made to the recipients of those services, and WHEREAS, the costs of providing the above stated services have increased due to inflation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule set forth in Exhibits 1 through 4 , copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by the Weld County Health Department for the described services. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the effective date of said fee schedule shall be January 1, 1981, and such fees shall remain in full force and effect until this Board ordains to change such fees. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that pursuant to Section 3-14 (6) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, the Board of County Commissioners finds, and hereby declares this Ordinance to be an emergency Ordinance and that its immediate passage is necessary for the preservation and protection of the public health, property and 800472 13°°(923 1844914 safety, and that time is of the essence for the effective date of this Ordinance.
