Dear Michelle,
We are requesting a continuance of our USR Permit Hearing. We understand that we
may not be able to have it on March 21,2006 as originally planned, because of our water
supply situation. We have applied for a Tap into the Central Weld County Water
District's main line which is located just to the west of our building along the T-25
Frontage Rd. We applied on March 8,2006 and they said it would take 2 weeks for the
study to be done,
As of right now, our water usage is very minimal.
Thank you in advance Michelle for your time on this matter. If you have any questions
please don't hesitate to call me at 303-435-4858.
Sincerely,
Donald Fetters,Jr. (Donnie)
