Gentlemen:
Longs Peak Water Association is willing to provide water service
to property owned by Mr. Jim Oakley, located on Weld County Road #28,
just east of Union Reservior subject to the owner's compliance
with the charges , rules , and regulations of the Association and subject
to the owner's purchase of additional taps and extension and upgrading
of necessary lines in accordance with the engineering requirements of
the Association.
The statement of willingness to serve will remain valid for a
period of six (6) months from the date of this letter.
