There was an error in the decimal placement of the reported cost, causing an inflated assessment. The asset was incorrectly reported at a cost of $14,014,358.00 when the actual cost was $14,014.58. To support the above referenced assessment change request, enclosed please find a copy of the invoice from Allied Films Corporation to GE Capital Leasing, showing the actual cost of the equipment.
