RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION#4350 - RONALD
AND BARBARA WARNER
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to its authority under
Section 30-28-101(10)(d), C.R.S.,did determine at a public meeting held in the Chambers of the
Board, that a certain parcel of land, to be divided into two parcels, as shown on the plat known as
Recorded Exemption #4350, does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms,
"subdivision" and "subdivided land," and
WHEREAS,the request for Recorded Exemption #4350 was submitted by Ronald and
Barbara Warner,4227 North 119th Street, Lafayette,Colorado 80026,for property which is located
in part on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
being more particularly described in the plat which shall be provided by the applicant and known as
Exhibit "A," said plat to be recorded, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to grant the request of the
applicant to continue said matter to a date when a full quorum of the Board will be present, and
WHEREAS,the Board heard the testimony and statements of those present and reviewed
the request of the applicant and,having been fully informed,finds that this request be approved and
the matter should be continued to April 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is, continued to April 3, 2006,at
9:00 a.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
